Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how order cancellations work:

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
• To cancel, contact us immediately at [insert contact info].

2. After Dispatch

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery (see Returns Policy).

3. Custom Orders

• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
