We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-returnable Items
- Custom orders or items marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
