Returns & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Custom orders or items marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
