2. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery within India: 2-3 business days for small articles 3–7 business days for workstation and storage solutions
• Delays may occur due to external factors (weather, courier issues, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

• Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (as advertised).

5. Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.

6. Damaged Items

• Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
• Damages reported after 48 hours won't be eligible for assessing the complaint.
• Provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and/or item.
• Include your order number and delivery details when reporting the issue.
